Privacy notice

This notice explains what Propeller collects when you join the early access list or contact us, and what we do with it.

Who is responsible for your information?

Propeller is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at hello@trypropeller.co.uk.

What we collect

If you join early access, we collect your email address and the part of the website where you signed up. If you email us, we also receive the information you include in your message.

Our hosting and email providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure their services.

Why we use it

We use your email address to send the Propeller updates you asked for and to discuss early access where relevant. We rely on your consent for those updates. We use limited technical information where necessary to operate and protect the website.

Who processes it

We use Loops to manage early access emails, Cloudflare to host and protect the website, and Plausible to provide aggregate website analytics. They process information for us under their own security and data-protection commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep early access details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or they are no longer needed for the purpose described above. Security logs may be kept for a shorter period by our service providers.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us to withdraw consent. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to how it is used.

If you are in the UK and remain concerned, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and improve the website. Plausible is configured without tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles. It processes limited technical information to produce aggregated statistics. If our use of analytics changes, we will update this notice and add any consent controls the law requires.

Changes to this notice

We will update the date at the top when this notice changes. Material changes will be explained clearly on this page.
